EXCHANGE, WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

  • According to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, you can exchange or cancel your purchase made on our Website within seven calendar days, counting from the date you receive the product. You can receive back the amount you paid or exchange it for another product that is in stock. However, this exchange or return can only be made if the product is in its original packaging, without signs of use and keeping the original seal intact.
  • An important tip: choose your products correctly. Use our channels and communications to answer any questions before purchasing. We do not exchange products that have been used.
  • Before returning or exchanging we need to know what happened to your product, please tell us at sac@weallbeauty.com.br the reason why you are returning or giving up the product you purchased and don't forget to include a copy of your invoice.
  • Once we make contact, we will assist you with the correct way to return. When the product arrives, we will analyze it and, in accordance with this policy and Brazilian legislation, notify you of the approval or rejection of your order.
  • The exchange time will depend on where you live, remembering that we depend on the Post Office delivery time.
  • If the chosen product is not available for exchange, you have a few options: choose another product, opt for a purchase/discount voucher or cancel the purchase. If the chosen product has a higher value than your first product, the difference can be paid by bank deposit into an account informed by our service team. If you do not want to make the exchange, you can cancel your purchase immediately after completing the return process.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
